Does SalesTitan use a database? - Yes. The backend database can either be Access, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Access and Postgres are free to download and install, but SQL Server must be purchased.

What platform can you use SalesTitan on? - Windows and UNIX. Specifically, MS Windows 2000/NT and Linux. Redhat and Mandrake distributions are supported with support for Solaris on the way.

Can SalesTitan support more than one merchant or store? - Yes. You can configure SalesTitan with separate stores and then assign usernames to those stores. If you host websites, you can offer SalesTitan as a service add-on.
